Purchasing advertisements
Colour and appearance
Your ad will display differently depending partly on the equipment people use. Your clearance and acceptance of your advertisement is a clearance and acceptance of the facts and data contained in the advertisement, not of its appearance which necessarily changes.
Ordering and paying for your advertisement
Our website allows you to offer to purchase an advertisement on www.streetwisesales.co.uk and to make full payment. Your offer does not become an order unless and until we agree to publish your advertisement. There is no contract of sale until we accept your offer. If we decline your offer we will refund your payment.
English law requires that we allow you a seven working day cooling off period starting the day after you place your order. If your advertisement is available on our site at the end of this period, that is our acceptance of your offer.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order during the seven day cooling off period, you must email us at admin@streetwisesales.co.uk before the end of the period. We will refund your payment.
Removal
Your advertisement will be automatically removed at the end of your purchased period, with no obligation on our part to notify you.
Refunds
Due refund payment will be made within thirty calendar days.
Catastrophe
A catastrophic event such as a terrorist attack, a major fire, or a declaration of war by the United Kingdom that affects our ability to fulfil our contract with you cancels our contract.
